Need help please, watch ace3 won't synchs. I have followed the instructions and it's still not working. Please advise if you have a customer support number that i can contact to help solve this issue. Do you have a shop in Canberra please.

Watch is less than 1year old. Please advise if still under warranty. I'm so disappointed with Fitbit. Was this watch meant to last less than 1year? My child needs his watch every day.

Australian support can be contacted through the above link. I believe in Australia theres a years warranty on any product.
