Ace and Ace 2 not tracking exercise

  • I am still annoyed that the Fitbit ace and Ace 2 do not track exercise for the kids. That is a component that is greatly missing and the whole point of having a Fitbit. The  kids love using my alta HR because it will track their exercise. This company needs to add that feature onto the Fitbit ace and ace 2. Not to mention, when we manually add exercises to their watch, it adds more steps on their watch. What’s up with that?

Manually logged activities should override the tracker's data. You can confirm the steps to manually log the exercise at How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
