my son's Ace was working fine. We charged it the other day and synced. Today he can't turn it on. When I connect it, we see the battery with the exclamation mark. When I look at his dashboard on his iPad or my iPhone, the flashing ((*)) appears above the battery icon at the top left. My other son has the same Fitbit and no issues.

@daisychik Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your son's Ace is not turning on nor charging. If you haven't done so, please restart the Fitbit Ace as described in this help article. This will refresh the Ace internally.
Finally, leave your son's Ace charging for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

I am having the same issue and I have attempted to reset and it will not let me. I have kept it on the charger all day, have cleaned the Ace as directed on the FitBit site, and I am still getting the exclamation.
