Re: Ace 2 screen not working

My son received a Fitbit Ace2 for Christmas and it has stopped working.  The only thing it does is vibrate when put on and off of the charger.  We’ve tried multiple different USB plug ins as well.

What we did was , we called the support team , they ran through some
triage questions to determine the fault and then it was decided that it was
a malfunction parts. So we got a replacement from the shop since we still
have the receipt, If you do not have the receipt , the support team will
provide you with details of what to do to get a replacement. I hope this
helps.

Thank you.  Same for us. Fitbit support was great and is sending a replacement.
