Ace not charging

My daughters ace is not charging. I have tried everything from cleaning the charging pins to switching chargers, nothing seems to work.

@Charmie It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your daughter's Ace is not getting a charge even though you have cleaned the contacts and trying other charging cables.

 

I would like to know if you also tried the restart process as described in this help article.

 

As a side note, does the Ace turn on when you put it in the charger?

I have tried to restart, doesn’t seem to work. The battery sign with an excalimation mark appears.
