I cannot reset my daughter's Ace2. The screen will not respond to swipes or taps. When you hold the button for 5 seconds it also does.not reset.

My daughter's fitbit is brand new. Opened yesterday. Fully charged but it is over-counting steps. Tried to reset but it will not reset.
