My sons Ace has developed multiple issues. It seems unstable.....at first it wouldn't sync. Daily restarts seemed to help although annoying. Now it wont restart at all via the button on charger nor will it charge from any of our macbooks. I've checked and feather dusted the contacts to no avail.
Raised an issue with online chat support who said they will escalate as they couldn't help. Are there known issues. Such a shame. Disappointed.
