Ace slow process to sync

Hi... I've got two for not aces linked to my account through the family section, belonging to my children. 

They don't seem to auto sync to my phone. I have to switch to one kid view, sync which can take a could of minutes, then go back to parent view, into the other child view, sync that one etc. 

That can't be right for such a well known product... What an i doing wrong?!

Also still takes ages to switch to kid view.. yawn

@haverer It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I really understand how frustrating this is for you. I'm afraid to tell you that your kids Ace will sync their data when you switch to their accounts. I appreciate your feedback in regards to this matter since this helps us to keep improving.
