I purchased the ace to monitor my son's sleep habits. It stopped recording his sleep on Jan 20. I have reset it and it still does not work

I am sorry to hear your son's Ace stopped tracking his sleep. I understand that you purchased the tracker to monitor your son's sleep habits. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this by doing a restart. I recommend the following:
1. Confirm that your son sleeps with the tracker on his non-dominant hand.
2. Confirm that the tracker is snug on his wrist.

The fitbit is snug on his non dominant hand.
