My daughter has a fit bit ace and the strap keeps falling off. Is this a General fault with them?

@Annajfox welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since your daughter's Ace wristband falls off constantly.
Please check out this help article and try removing the wristband and attach them again as described in the images. After this, check out if the strap doesn't fall off.

@Annajfox I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the strap issue that your daughter's Fitbit Ace experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email.
I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and your daughter will be back on track soon.
