How can I purchase a new Ace strap? I can only find the new Fitbit models available

The original Ace is the same band as the Alta HR (perhaps also Alta but not sure).  If you cannot find any on Fitbit Store, Amazon usually has a wide variety of reasonably priced third party Fitbit bands available.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Look on Amazon. That's where I bought my son's. I didn't buy the kid one for the ace 2 but the one for the aspire. It was way easier than I thought it would be to put on. But the ace 2 ones are so much cheaper on Amazon.  If you're talking about the original ace, then I'm sure they are on Amazon as well.
