This is so frustrating!!! Bought a Fitbit Ace for daughter's Christmas and a new laptop. Downloaded the app and created a family account and childs account and followed all the processes. Device has a full battery charge BUT WILL NOT SWITCH ON!!!!!!
Press the button 3 times and it looks like its starting (get the V.37.01.11 then back to fitbit.com/setup
About to throow out and get a Garmin this is useless.
Any help appreciated if this is user error....

Best AnswerI had mine working but since the battery went flat it will not charge. Checked all the suggested tips including reset but just end up with a battery symbol with and exclamation mark inside.
