I have a fitbit ace and bought a fitbit versa 2 and my mum wanted to use it. I accidentally deleted the ace when trying to get the versa 2 set up and then tried to reset the ace a few times but it didn't work. Is there any way to factory reset the fitbit ace?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @needshelpwithac.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. You can set up Versa 2 to the main Fitbit account by doing the following:
1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
There is no option to factory reset the Fitbit Ace, but you can follow these steps to set up the tracker:
1. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your phone.
2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
3. Confirm the steps to restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
4. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
5. Tap My Family.
6. Under the child's name, tap Switch to Kid View.
7. Tap the child's profile picture.
8. Tap Set up a device and follow the on-screen instructions to set up the Fitbit Ace.
You can confirm the steps to set up the Fitbit Ace in How do I set up Ace for my child?
Hope this helps!

I also forgot to add that before I deleted the ace i added my mum as a child in a family account to see what happened and try to get everything ready to use.
