Ace won’t sync

The ace worked great the first few days but the past two days it hasn’t been able to sync, it looks like it’s syncing but no steps, activity or sleep info pops up on the app. You can see the steps and such on the phone as well as active minutes. I tried removing the device and adding it back on the app. Same issue. Blue tooth is on, it shows that the ace is connected even how much battery life is left.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
