My kid’s fitbit ace display does not show even though it is fully charge and is synced to my phone.
It only displays when it is connected to the charger. There is a message after the logo appears: v.37.01.01 but not sure what that means.
I have reset the fitbit, deleted previous kids accounts, created a new one and synced it to my phone again.
We have only used it for a year and now it does work. Very disappointing as it is just outside the warranty period. Can I send it to somewhere to be fixed?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Janeupatrer.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation. It seems that the tracker is showing its firmware version after the logo. I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our Support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.
I'll be around if you have any questions.

Hi there.
My daughter's fitbit is doing exactly as the fitbit above and there is no option in the app, when in 'kid mode', to update the firmware. Was this every resolved?
