Ace3 Sync with IOS Devices

Why doesn’t Fitbit allow Ace 3 to sync with iOS health app as most of the kids in the age 6 above have their iPads for educational and recreational purposes and it can help them in becoming active and compete with their family members with different activity devices. I agree commercially Fitbit wants everyone is the family to use their devices but those days are gone you have to be inclusive to be included in the larger network.

Hello @misbahmahmood and welcome to the Community.  The long answer is very complicated, so I will try a short answer.  Fitbit and Apple are competitors, so users need a third party app to sync Fitbit data with Apple Health.  There is no way for any third party app to get your child's data, because it is part of your Family Account.
