Alarm setup in Ace 3

Child has new Ace 3. Message on watch says 'Add alarms in Fitbit App'. I can't see anywhere in the app where it refers to alarms. I have family mode setup also so you know. Could you please advise how to do it?

I hope I can help. To add alarms on the Ace 3 go to Kids View. Once your on Kids View, tap their profile picture the scroll down and tap Ace 3. Now scroll to the bottom and tap the Silent Alarm option. Here is where you can create Alarms.

I'd recommend you checking this article, How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?, under the section How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?. Also remember for Fitbit Ace 2 and Ace 3 you can turn on and off the alarms on the Alarm App.

You can set up to 8 alarms.

Will alarms work if synced and the child is away from the phone or the phone is out of kids mode?  My boys do not have their own phone but want alarms to go off daily.

If you have set up the alarm and the child is away from the phone, they will get the alarm even if the phone is out of kids mode. To dismiss an alarm on Ace 3: Press both buttons on your device.
