App won't let set up Ace 2.

My fitbit app isn't letting me scroll down when I press to set up an Ace 2. It goes to the "Important! Please Read." screen, but wont let me scroll down, or press the set up button. I have tried restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app. Nothing works!

Did you scroll down to the bottom of the "Important! Please Read" information, as if you might have actually read it?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
