There seams to be a time zone issue with ACE and ACE 2 not staying in correct time zone no matter what you do they will not go to the correct time zone. Appears to be the Fitbit update

@Farrisfamily welcome to our Fitbit Community and It's great to see you here. Regarding the wrong time that your Ace trackers are showing, I appreciate the time spent tying the troubleshooting steps.
Please make sure that your phones have the most updated Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, make sure that the devices that you sync your trackers with, have the correct time also.
If these details are correct, let me know and I'll be happy to follow up.

I folks, I am also experiencing this difficulty with my child's Ace. After returning from vacation, none of the things we've tried have resulted in the Ace Recognizing our home time zone. I've restarted, changed timezone to a random one and back again, disconnected Bluetooth, wifi, forget this device, set up again, remove app, reinstall app etc. nothing works - Ace still thinks we're on vacation. Am I to understand this is acknowledged by Fitbit as a flaw with the app itself and they are working on a solution? Response says SOLVED, but I don't see a solution 😞

Purchased fitbit ace for the kids for christmas and they dont keep the correct time.
I have latest app firmware and phone date and time are correct.
I have been advised by the retailer I purchased them from that I will receive a refund if return as they too have check settings wiyh multiple devices.
I would like to avoid a refund if I new there was an update on the way to fix.
Can anyone in fitbit land advise if a update is close to release?

Sometimes it works if you connect to a PC and not a phone or tablet.
