Can't set up Ace 2

i am unable to set up my ace 2 with the app on my phone or ipad,  it gets stuck after found device but it will not connect

I am sorry to hear you're unable to set up the Ace 2 tracker with your phone or iPad. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the details shared and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.

2. Restart the tracker using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?

3. Restart the app and try to set up the tracker again. You can confirm the steps to set up the Ace 2 at How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?
