Can’t switch to my child’s Fitbit account under family section. Not sure what has changed?

I’m not sure what’s going on but I can’t seem to switch to my child’s account under the family view like I used to. Now, my daughter has a Fitbit ace 3 that tells the wrong time and my app can’t sync with it. Can someone help me please.
