Can the Ace be set up on a computer?

Trying to set up a family account on our Mac desktop. Doesn’t show the Ace as an option for tracker selection. And I don’t see anywhere to set up the family account. Can I create a family account and have my son use our family Mac computer to use with his Ace Fitbit? How?

Our youngest has got a Fitbit Ace. It seems that we cannot use the family feature on Kindle Fire or a desktop PC as the Fitbit apps only work for family on IOS or Android (not Kindle Android). Please can this be rectified? Thank you.

@EliasV @Leefylee Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the experience you've had while trying to create your Family accounts through a computer. I'm afraid that the Fitbit Ace and family accounts can be set up through the Fitbit app only.
