Since the ios app update a week ago I cannot switch back from kids view to parent view. The family icon has disappeared from the You tab and going through settings to switch profile in family it just exits. Can you fix this as I now cannot see my own profile!

Update: I deleted the app and reinstalled, then signed in again. Back to my profile, and data all there; won't be switching view again.

Best AnswerThe problem with this is that you don't seem to be able to log out of the app from kid view - under settings the only option is "switch profile in family" which takes you back to the "you" menu. I've tried all the other actions but nothing works so far
Was thinking of deleting too, but I presume all the data will be lost - doesn't seem like Fitbit are really very bothered about this problem from the lack of help here
Also happening to me... Switched to Child View and now can't get back into my own profile; 'Switch profile in family' just brings me back to the tab I came from. Must be a glitch? The App is up to date. Also now keeps trying to pair my phone with my daughter's Ace 3, which rather adds insult to injury. PLEASE fix this or let us know how we can work around it! As someone asked upthread: will all data be lost if we uninstall and reinstall the App?

Yep, eventually I also deleted the app and reinstalled. It seems like the only way to switch back from Kid view is to delete the app and reinstall. Presumably that's not intentional - really poor, buggy app design from Fitbit.
