my daughter has the Fitbit Ace, no-one else we know has one so on my profile it is only her info showing.  we went into the badges and trophies section and entered the daily showdown - outdo your personal best to get this trophy, which she subsequently did but no trophy has appeared and there is no recognition that she is part of it other than emails to my phone.

 

we are obviously doing something wrong, can anyone help.

Have you checked her profile on the app?  Just go to her account, view her profile, and then select "Badges And Trophies".  It should be listed there.

No it’s not there, we go to that location to start the challenge, but never shows it’s complete even tho we got email message to say she had achieved the goal

@SunsetRunner It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I would like to follow up and would like to know if your daughter's Dashboard showed her earned badges after following the workaround shared by my friend @DramaQueenDiva. Logging out of the app and logging back is very helpful so your Dashboard can be refreshed.
