Your Childs Ace 3 should reflect the same time as the mobile device it’s connected too. Look to make sure the Ace 3 is still showing as connected to the mobile devices Bluetooth. If it’s still connected try turning the Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds then turn the Bluetooth back on again.

If everything is set correctly and your still having issues you can try restarting your child’s Ace 3. They won’t lose any of their data doing a restart. Here’s how it’s done: just place the Ace 3 into its charger then press and hold the button or buttons on the Ace 3 until you see a smiley face icon then release the button. You should feel the Ace 3 vibrate telling you the restart is complete. Now sync the Fitbit to see if the time is now correct.
