Correcting the function to turn off quick view on the Ace?

You have other issues you have simply marked as solved for over 6 months without providing the function.

 

my son (as with all the other unhappy users) can’t wear his Ace at night because we can’t turn off the quick view which wakes him up.

 

I know you are ‘working on it’ but I would like to know a date / month when this function will be corrected?

@Glenn31 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your request about the "Quick View" feature, I'm afraid that we don't have an ETA when this will be implemented. I totally understand your frustration about this and I appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.

 

I'd like you to submit your request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your idea gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers and developers.
