My son lost his Fitbit Ace at school. It was picked up and is being used by someone else. Can I track the location of the Fitbit? Can I disable it so the thief can't use!! Help!

Is it no longer showing as being on your account?

 

There is no way to track a stolen Fitbit and no way to disable it so it can't be used by another child.
