Can it just be admitted that there is an actual fault with this watch and that when the dim stays on, there’s no way to resolve it. 
I have tried multiple ways - restart, run the battery down, check sleep and dim settings (when you select Dim on, it’s even worse!) and factory reset, rebooted multiple times but nothing is working. You can’t even see it if you’re outside! 
This was a gift in December 21 and has been worn a minimal amount of times due to this issue. Any other suggestions?

Ace is that dim. As is Inspire 2. It's ok inside bit for outside with any sun at all it's a useless sports tracker device. Anyone know if Inspire 3 (colour) is any better?
