Family Account Problems

Hi!

 

I've searched the forums and can't find an answer to my problem. I also don't have Twitter so I can't contact Fitbit directly. 

I'm trying to setup my kids' devices on their Fire tablets. I think they're Fire version 8. However, when I log into my account on their devices, it's not giving me the "My Family" option. When I log onto my computer( Windows 10), the option is there.and my kid's accounts are listed. I have not connected their trackers to any devices. I set up their profiles on my computer, but tried to follow the directions from Fitbit to sync with their own devices.They just got their trackers this morning. Any thoughts as to why "My Family" won't appear as an option on their devices? We've restarted. We've logged out of my computer. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @Elizabeth_Rowan here is a link - click to go there - for the compatible phones and tablets. The Fire isn't a compatible device,although some features may work on. Customer support is currently open only on weekdays and their phone number is (877)623-4997
