Family Account and Inspire

I am struggling with this new update and managing my 11 years Fitbit. This app is not user friendly for families. He no longer has an Ace, he wanted to upgrade to an Inspire. This was a bday present that we got today. If I had known how difficult this would be I would not have gotten this watch. I can't set it up. Inhave been trying for an hour. I created his own Google account and can't login. This is a mess.

@Dduke78   I'm sorry, but a child must be 13 and older (and older in some EU countries) to use an Inspire series Fitbit.  Every model that isn't an Ace isn't compliant with internet privacy laws that protect children online.
