Fitbit Ace 2 active mins are not tracking

My son went to do some running on the streets, wearing his Fitbit. He set a timer on there for 30 mins to run. When he finished,he complained to me that the active mins are at zero. He couldn't have faked the running, because I was out there watching him. He gained his steps though, and reached 10,000. Can someone plz help me fix this?

I am sorry to hear your son's Ace 2 is not tracking active minutes. Thank you for providing the additional details, I am glad to assist you with that. Please take in consideration that active minutes are only recorded for activities that last 10 minutes or longer. For more information about how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: Active minutes. I recommend restarting the tracker and monitor if the active minutes are being tracked.

Okay. I'll restart it now and my son is gonna go running again so I'LL monitor it. Thanks for your help 😄.
