My daughter has a Fitbit Ace which we purchased back in October for her birthday. She had it on charge the other day and we had a power surge and since then we have had the ! symbol within the battery icon.
Further to my post, I have had it on charge through a wall charger for two days, I have attempted to reboot it through the laptop to see what happens... will wait and see.
