Fitbit Ace display glitch

my daughters fitbit kids I think it is called the display only shows 50% , seems to be in lines across the screen , intermittent lines to make up the display , only showing half.

I don't see any section where it says about fitbit kids?, it's not any of those listed , i bought it online and it was sold as "fitbit kids"

I appreciate your efforts and would like to advise that Fitbit Ace and Fitbit Ace 2 are Fitbit kids devices. You can check the pictures of the devices to confirm which one you have here and then follow the steps to restart the device.
