Hi,
I bought my child an Ace for Christmas. It charges to 100% then as soon as it is removed from the charger.
I have tried resetting by pressing the button on the charger 3 times. It resets but as soon as it is removed it is unresponsive. Put it back in charger and logo screen comes on.
Cleaned charging pins on Ace and charger. No change.
Removed Ace from account and restarted set up. No change.
Tried multiple charging outlets. No change.
Charged overnight. No change.
Fit bit please help! I contacted support 2 days ago and none of their suggestions worked, somehow I was disconnected from chat.
My kid just wants to use his Christmas present 😓
