Fitbit Ace not charging

I've tried everything, recharging, cleaning, changing charger, different USB points - nothing? Still an exclamation mark in a battery and nothing else :-(. My son is getting fed up with it. It's happened a couple of times but managed to restart, now nothing. Any ideas - I'm trying to encourage my son to walk/run more and this was really helping. I only bought it in December and this has been going on for a couple of months now - not impressed!! Please help

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MomSieg.

Thank you for joining the conversation and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue. I recommend doing the following:

1. Clean the charging contacts using the instructions in How do I clean my tracker?

2. Check if the tracker is connected securely to the charging cable with the instructions in the help article: How do I charge my tracker?

3. Try restarting it using the instructions in this link How do I restart my Fitbit device?

For additional tips, please see this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? This article may contain the steps you tried already, but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Let me know how it goes.
