The app on the smartphone device had signed me out a week back and now when I signed in again to sync the data, all the previous (older than 5 days) has gone and can't see how to retrieve it. Neither my dashboard here is reflecting any of it. Please suggest and help.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your previous data has gone after the app on your phone had signed you out. I would like to confirm if you refer to your data as parent or your child's data, or both? Please verify if your account is associated with the same email address and you haven't created a new account?
