Fitbit Ace not counting steps

I’ve set up 2 Fitbit Aces on family and synced the devices but neither of them are counting steps and both are stuck on 16. I’ve tried resetting but it hasn’t worked

@Emsie66 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Ace trackers are not tracking steps and get stuck even though you have restarted them before consulting the forums. Due to this, I'll forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution.

We are facing the same issue. Steps are not tracked and keeps showing '0' for a few days. could you also create a case for us

My daughters had the same thing. it was stuck on 37 on Friday. and Saturday and Sunday are both 0. she has had it since August and never had any problems. thanks!

For us the fix was to reset the watch.
