Hi have set my child's Fitbit up. I can switch from my account and view my son's account. But my mobile is not syncing. The fit bit is new.

@Ferry426 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your child's Fitbit Ace is not syncing with your Samsung Galaxy. Please let me know if your Samsung is the device you first set up the Fitbit Ace with. Also, let me know if your phone shows any error message when your child's Ace tries to sync with it. Finally, is the Fitbit app on your child's account when you try to sync the Ace or is it on your own account?

Just adding on to @JuanJoFitbit's question, which Galaxy do you have? Not all of them are supported by Fitbit, which could be part of your issue.
