I have two Aces for my kids. One is working fine, synching both steps and sleep. The other synchs steps and shows sleep as a blank. It did track sleep until a week ago so I can see steps up until today and sleep up until 21st Jan. The other one is working fine. How do I get the sleep back?

@PJCookie Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that one of your children Ace is not tracking sleep properly. In order to correct this issue, please restart your Ace as described in this help article. This will refresh the Ace internally.
After this, please monitor the Ace the following night and see if sleep is being tracked properly.
