Fitbit Ace unresponsive

Hi everyone, 

 

My Fitbit Ace is unresponsive, I have tried restarting it multiple times and the device it is synced with says it has full battery...when I restart it, it vibrates but the Fitbit logo never shows up...I believe there is something wrong with the screen, but I'm not sure what to do...I've had the device for 18 months so it is pretty old...are there any troubleshooting options after restarting the device? It has been like this for about a week, the screen just remains black, no matter what I do. It does still vibrate, but the screen never shows anything. If anyone has experienced this or knows how to fix it, please help! Thanks!!

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Ace is unresponsiveThanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Since you've tried to restart the tracker, I recommend trying to change a clock face:

 

  • With your tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace tile.
  • Tap Clock face.
  • Browse the available clock faces. 
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace.

Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them and that they were able to assist you.
