Hi I seem to be having issues getting the correct time on my sons tracker. I have tried the reset option and disconnected and reconnected to Bluetooth. Nothing seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Bexy03 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your son's Fitbit Ace since it's not keeping the correct time. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please make sure that the phone you sync the Fitbit Ace with, has the correct time also. In the meantime, try logging out of the Fitbit app, restart the phone, open the app and log in. Finally, sync the Fitbit Ace and monitor the Fitbit Ace and check out if it keeps the correct time.
