Fitbit App will only let me sync one Ace 2 on Family Account

Hello,  I have had no problem making child profiles on my family account, however, I am having trouble adding 2 two Ace 2's.  I have 2 children who have an Ace 2.  When I log in to either of their profiles to sync, it says "Ace 2 already connected to account.  Do you want to replace it?" I had no problem syncing my daughter's Ace 2 but I can't even complete the registration on my son's Ace 2 unless I delete my daughter's.  The information from her Ace 2 automatically transfers to his profile.  Any suggestions?  My kids are 4 and 8 and do not have their own devices.  Thanks.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lisa_K1st.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I appreciate your efforts and recommend following the instructions from this help article in order to add more child accounts to your Fitbit family account: How do I add more child accounts to my Fitbit family account?

If your children don’t have their own device, you can sync their trackers with your device. Note that if you have multiple trackers connected to the same device, you must sync each tracker individually. For steps to sync each tracker, see

Keep me posted on the outcome.
