Hi - my son has had an amazon fire tablet and a Fitbit ace 2 for his birthday. I can’t setup a family account on his tablet. I can on my device, but can’t access family on amazon. I’ve seen comments about upgrading the app. Which version of the app is needed? The amazon store version is 2.63...

@SunsetRunner welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the Family account setup issue that you are experiencing with your son's tablet, I'm afraid that the Kindle Fire is not in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why the Family account can't be set up from there.

 

I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion which requests compatibility of this device. The more votes this idea gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.
