Fitbit never syncs

If I want to see my child’s activity- every single time I need to follow the trouble shooting steps. Sometimes this work- sometimes not. I often end up turning off/on multiple devices/Bluetoot/installing and reinstalling the app. It’s never as simple as refreshing - and has never auto synced!  Any help at all please….

Have you cleared the Fitbit app cache?  How about restarting the Ace?
