Is there any FitBit to track my kids’ heart rate, steps and location simultaneously and in real/live time with my iPhone?

Hello @Jerry834 and welcome to the Community.  The only child's device that can share location is the Ace LTE.  It works on both phone platforms.  It has a Movement app that will show current heart rate.  I don't know if it has a heart rate graph like other Fitbit models.   The Ace LTE is only available in the US.

At this time, the only device that can track what you're requesting is the Fitbit Ace LTE. As @LZeeW mentioned, it's only available in the United States. You can find its information on the shared link.
