Just setup my two daughters Fitbit Ace’s in a family account. I didn’t catch the tip to not use identifying information in the user name when I set up the first account. I have looked in the app and on the web browser and can’t find a way to change my daughters username. Tried deleting her account and setting up a new one, the app didn’t allow this.
Any ideas?

@Marklewisnz Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that you can''t change your daughter's username. Please try deleting the family account. After this, create a new Family Account and see if you can add your daughters' usernames.
