How do i turn off raise/lift to wake for Ace? I find that feature consuming lots of battery so how do I turn it off? 

(Just to be clear I'm talking abt the feature through which you can raise your hamd and the watch's display will turn on)

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ace. Thank you for the information provided.

 

There is no option to disable Screen Wake on the Ace. To extend your Fitbit device's battery life, we recommend avoid charging your device in extreme cold or heat—below 32°F and above 113° F (below 0° C and above 45° C). It can take up to 2 hours to charge your device to 100%. For more information, please visit this article.

 

In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these instructions.
