How to cancel a order

I want to cancel my order.

I ordered a Fitbit ace 2 for my son on the 18th and it's still not here and I cant find a email or a contact to ask about it.

The order number/tracking number does not help it only says it's at the main parcel unit.

Hi @Rhys18226  The delivery places are overwhelmed. If it says it's at the main parcel unit it sounds like it's in transit.
