How do I create a family account.I am only here to create a profile for my child.I dont even have a fitbit yet.Its to help with monitoring Rolandic epilepsy.

Hello @misskathymae  your posts were merged and placed into the Ace and Family Accounts forum area so you can get more relevant responses. You will need to have an Ace or Ace 2 for your child in order to set up. Which Fitbit were you getting? Directions are here - click to go there - on how to set up.

@misskathymae welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about the Family account creation, I would like to follow up and would like to know if you managed to create the account and set up the Fitbit Ace for your child after following the workaround that shared @Odyssey13.
