How to identifying Fitbit Ace?

Hi,

I have a question about identifying a Fitbit Ace, say if two trackers got mixed up together. On the back of the tracker, I can see there's a FCC ID, a CMIT ID, and a IC. Would I be able to identify my Ace with any of these codes in the back of the Fitbit?

Thank you!

@UCICSH It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Let me help you with your Fitbit Ace since it got mixed up. The letters that you see on the back of the trackers won't help to identify which tracker is yours.

In order to identify your Fitbit Ace, please take one tracker to another room (make sure that the other tracker is not within a range of 20 feet so your phone can't recognize it. If the tracker that you took with you syncs, that is the one.

Also, make sure that your app is in parent view.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
